I’m Joneile and I’m an aspiring UX Researcher. Currently enrolled in the UX Design program through Grow with Google.
My Story
Born on the beautiful island of Jamaica and raised in the melting pot of New York City; my background is versatile and adaptable.
I have over 11 years of extensive technical support experience in the Saas (Software as a Service) and financial services industries; ranging from training to management. Customer/ user experience has been at the forefront of each role that I've held, so it felt natural to transition over to UX research and design.
When I'm not troubleshooting, finding workarounds for user issues; or demoing a product; you might find me on a hiking trail, social dancing or at an open mic poetry event.
